What’s included in the annual fee?

Set-up, we will:

• Add your logo and brand imagery to the questionnaire, invitations and reports.
• Customise all communications to match your tone and language.
• Add your organisational structure (e.g. locations, departments, teams, grades).
• Amend or add free text questions as you wish.

Data Collection & Process:

• Access to your own administration account where you invite new hires to complete the questionnaire. Or if you prefer, you can securely send us candidate details on an agreed frequency and we add them for you.
• Invites and (gentle) reminders sent by email and SMS/Text.
• Weekly service update emails.
• We provide direct first-line support to candidates and administrators with any technical issues.

Reporting:

• Individual New Hire Reports: As each questionnaire is completed you will have immediate access to the individual new hire report (assuming you have not decided to collect data anonymously).
• Dashboard Reporting: When there are sufficient numbers you will have access to our real-time dashboard reporting.
• PDF & Excel Reports: Reports in PDF and data in excel format for use in other analytical software and services.
• Expert Support & Insight: You can speak with one of our experts at any point to discuss your results, compare with extensive benchmarks or arrange for us to run feedback sessions with you and appropriate colleagues.

You can trial the service free of charge for 30 days. Your free trial account will contain our standard version of our OnBoarder questionnaire and allow up to 50 completed questionnaires – contact us if you need more).

This ranges from creating a bespoke questionnaire through to simple "tweaks" to our standard format and additional languages you may require.
